Rice will work but am doubtful considering 12 hrs submergence. Battery will be shot. My Spark flipped off the bow of my kayak & was in water upside down for less than 20 seconds; battery was toast. Dried in rice for 2-3 days, 10-12 flights since- seems to be AOK.

I was able to fly data & upload to my computer using my.iphone 5 but not from my mini iPad 4.

Can anyone list the steps and apps required to upload the flight data to my computer? YouTube video is difficult to understand instructor & follow connections/apps used.
